Hi! Thanks for visiting my blog. My sister uses the little rye bread for cucumber sandwiches as an appetizer. She mixes cream cheese with enough dry ranch dressing mix to season it, spreads a layer on the bread and tops it with a thin slice of cucumber. It is always popular at our house.
